These terms apply to purchases from Henal Maternity through this website. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund, Return and Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Ordering

Check the product, size, quantity, delivery address, contact details and total before ordering. Provide accurate information. Product descriptions, size information and care instructions form part of your purchase information. Screen colour differences do not excuse supplying materially misdescribed goods.

Prices and payments

Prices are stated in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and charges must be disclosed in the total payable before you place your order. Standard outbound shipping is free within India to courier-serviceable PIN codes. Cash on Delivery is available at no additional charge for eligible orders. Other payment methods are available only when offered at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Dispatch means handing your parcel to the courier; it is not a promise that delivery will be completed within 48 hours. Delivery depends on the destination and courier serviceability. Delivery estimates do not remove rights under applicable consumer law. Contact customer support promptly for address corrections or delayed or missing shipments. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Cancellation and order problems

You may cancel before dispatch by contacting customer support with your order number. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled goods and any related charges due back to you. We will obtain your agreement before substituting a product or charging an additional amount.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy. Its commercial terms do not restrict remedies for defective, incorrect, spurious or materially misdescribed goods, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the website and personal information

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or misuse personal information. Website content may be protected by intellectual property law. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Ordering does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

Applicable law and changes

Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory law governing your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may approach a competent consumer commission, court or other authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. Future updates apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order already placed.
